These are five players the Buffalo Bills should re-sign this offseason.

The Buffalo Bills and general manager Brandon Beane are going to have to make some tough decisions this offseason. The reason is that the salary cap doesn’t appear to be moving up as it has in past offseasons. Although there has been some optimism according to Mike Florio that it may not be as bad as some suspected.

The salary cap can’t go below $175 million, which was agreed upon during negotations between the NFL and NFLPA, but as Florio notes the number could be around $195 million. If that happens, the Bills could end up with a little more room but still may have to cut some key players. Recently, I looked at six players who could be potential candidates to be cut this offseason.

However, if they cut those players it frees up enough money to focus on these five players who will be free agents at the end of the year. These are five players that have emerged as key pieces for the Buffalo Bills and would be important pieces to bring back.
