These are four coaches who could replace Brian Daboll as offensive coordinator on the Buffalo Bills if he leaves this offseason.

Brian Daboll has performed a miracle developing Josh Allen according to Football Outsiders as the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills. The raw, athletic, strong-armed quarterback out of Wyoming wasn’t predicted to be this good at this point in his career. The truth is, Allen was drafted into a competent organizational situation. And he now has legitimate weapons around him.

That competent organizational situation includes Buffalo’s offensive coordinator Brian Daboll whose accolades speak for themselves. He’s somewhat overdue for a head coaching gig and it wouldn’t be surprising if he doesn’t return next year.

This creates a challenge for head coach Sean McDermott in finding a replacement who can continue developing Josh Allen by building on an improved offense this season. Here are four candidates who could potentially replace Brian Daboll next year.
