These are the top plays for the Buffalo Bills in Week 12.

While some would like to forget most of the game for the Buffalo Bills, specifically the Josh Allen turnovers and the hail mary at the end of the game, there was plenty of highlights from Week 12. These are the top plays in their 27-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Dawson Knox finds the end zone

This season has been a struggle for Dawson Knox, dealing with multiple injuries and when he has been on the field has struggled to produce. This week, with Tyler Kroft inactive, he was able to get some extended playing time.

He capitalized on it early in this game as Josh Allen found him in the back end zone for the first touchdown of the game. This was also Knox’s first touchdown of the year.

In all honesty, this was a play that should not have been a top play however Josh Allen throws the ball behind him, and probably with a little too much force, that causes Knox to turn back and pull in the ball. He then is able to get both feet in before falling out of the end zone.

Cole Beasley can do it all

For the second straight game, the Buffalo Bills had a wide receiver throw a touchdown. After Isaiah McKenzie found Josh Allen against the Arizona Cardinals, it was Cole Beasley’s turn as he took a backward pass from Allen, stopped, and threw a strike to Gabriel Davis.

The coaching staff deserves credit as their offense in the red zone is becoming one of the most unpredictable in the red zone. Defenses had to account for Josh Allen’s scrambling ability and now with the threat of wide receivers throwing touchdowns, it will cause nightmares for defensive coordinators.

Gabriel Davis gets up

The Buffalo Bills placed John Brown on injured reserve this past weekend which means rookie Gabriel Davis will get plenty of playing time over the next few weeks. The rookie made an impact early catching the touchdown from Cole Beasley.

Then in the second half made this impressive catch down the sideline over the Chargers cornerback.

He finished with 79 receiving yards and this one play accounted for 44 of them, which was more than Stefon Diggs had all game. If the rookie continues to make plays like this, expect Josh Allen to continue to look his way.

Takeaway Tre

The key play in this game came midway through the fourth quarter as the Bills were up only one touchdown. In this play, you see Tre’Davious White line up on the far sideline and pass off Keenan Allen to Micah Hyde and the linebackers in the middle of the field.

As he does this, he drops back as Hunter Henry runs a deep cross and steps into the throwing lane to make the interception. The Bills would go on to kick a field goal on the next possession and essentially secure the win.

The former All-Pro cornerback had a slow start to the year but has started to play like he did last year. This was his second interception in three games and played pretty well against a team that has wide receivers like Allen and Mike Williams.
