Secondary

Yes, the Buffalo Bills secondary gave up a hail mary in the final seconds that cost them the game. However, for 59 minutes and 45 seconds, this group played a pretty good game. The secondary entered this week short-handed with Levi Wallace, Josh Norman, and Dean Marlowe placed on Reserve/COVID-19 on Saturday.

This opened the door for seventh-round rookie Dane Jackson to see his second start and he once again played well. He made a big play on the opening drive when Kyler Murray looked towards DeAndre Hopkins in the end zone but Jackson played it perfectly to break it up and not draw a flag.

For a team that utilizes four-wide receiver sets more than any NFL team, the fact the Bills kept Kyler Murray to 202 passing yards and no passing touchdowns prior to the hail mary with almost no depth, is a sign of how far this group has come recently.
