This is a breakdown of the snap counts for the Buffalo Bills in Week 10.

The Buffalo Bills entered Week 10 with a number of questions at key positions due to four players being placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list the day prior. This created an opportunity for some new players to see playing time and this is a breakdown of some of the interesting trends from this game for the Bills.

Buffalo Bills offense

The most notable snap counts for the Buffalo Bills offense were for the first time in a few weeks the team had the same starting five for the offensive line play every snap. However, it was worth mentioning that one of those players was not Mitch Morse.

The team’s starting center was active after clearing the concussion protocol earlier in the week but the Bills stuck with Jon Feliciano at the center. This could be due to the team trying to give Morse some extra rest with a bye week coming up but it will be interesting to see what the line looks like in Week 12.

For the second straight week, Zack Moss was on the field more than Devin Singletary. While it was fairly even split, Moss played five more snaps, the rookie continues to receive more touches. This is also something worth noting coming out of the bye if this continues.

Buffalo Bills defense

The Bills were fortunate to have almost their entire secondary be able to stay on the field against this Cardinals’ passing attack. However, the outside corner position did see some change as Dane Jackson got the start in place of Levi Wallace and Josh Norman. He played well with one pass defended and one fumble recovery, but suffered an injury in the second half and played 79% of the defensive snaps.

He was replaced by Daryl Worley, who was just signed as a free agent last week, and the veteran played the remaining 21% of the snaps.

At defensive end, the Buffalo Bills primarily played a three-man rotation with Jerry Hughes and Mario Addison playing 67% of the snaps and Trent Murphy adding 47%. This may not have been the plan though as A.J. Epenesa was forced to leave in the first half due to a head injury. He ended up playing only 11 snaps against the Arizona Cardinals.
