Buffalo Bills: Inactives in Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals
These are the inactives for the Buffalo Bills in Week 10.
The Buffalo Bills on Saturday announced that four players, Josh Norman, Levi Wallace, Tyler Kroft and Dean Marlowe, would be out for this game due to being placed on Reserve/COVID-19 list. Those players joined running back Taiwan Jones and linebacker Del’Shawn Phillips as out.
However, the Bills placed Phillips on injured reserve after they released on Friday so he, along with the players on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, was not listed as part of the inactives.
The players that are joining Jones on the inactives are: starting guard Cody Ford, defensive tackle Harrison Phillips, running back T.J. Yeldon, and quarterback Jake Fromm. This is the third time in the last four weeks that defensive tackle Harrison Phillips has been inactive.
Ford was listed as questionable for this game due to an ankle injury. The team will likely turn to Jon Feliciano to replace him at left guard with the return of starting center Mitch Morse.
The other player listed as questionable this week was safety Micah Hyde. He suffered an ankle injury on Thursday but is able to play today. The Bills will have nine defensive backs active today and will likely need all of them going up against a Cardinals offense that utilizes four wide receiver sets more than anyone in the NFL.
This week will also be the first game with the Buffalo Bills for linebacker Darron Lee and cornerback Daryl Worley. Both players were signed as free agents last week to their practice squad. However, both were called up when the team placed the four players on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
It will be worth watching how much playing time both players get in this game as they could potentially become starters for this defense. The Buffalo Bills game in Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals will kickoff at 4:05 PM ET.
