1st Round: Pat Freiermuth (TE, Penn State)

In the first round, the Buffalo Bills go out and get another playmaker for their franchise quarterback Josh Allen. The team appears to be set at wide receiver and running back but the addition of Pat Freiermuth would be a drastic improvement at tight end.

Freiermuth is arguably the most well-rounded tight end in this NFL Draft. He is a good run blocker but is also a weapon in the passing game. In his first two seasons with Penn State, he had 15 touchdowns and so far this season he has 10 receptions, 107 receiving yards, and one touchdown in two games.

While the Buffalo Bills offense has drastically improved this season, the addition of Freiermuth would propel it into being close to a Top 5 offense. This also would move Dawson Knox, who still is struggling in his second season, into being more of that second tight end which is likely where he will be the most effective.
