These are the midseason awards for the Buffalo Bills at the halfway mark of the 2020 season.

The Buffalo Bills are officially halfway through the 2020 season after their Week 8 win over the New England Patriots. They currently are 6-2 and sit atop the AFC East.

The first half of the season didn’t go as planned as it was the offense that carried this team while the defense has taken a significant step backward.

Most Valuable Player: Josh Allen

This one shouldn’t be too much of a surprise as Josh Allen is off to a fantastic start to the year. In the first three games, Allen surpassed 300 passing yards each game and recently added a fourth in Week 7 against the New York Jets.

While he saw his performance dip against the Tennessee Titans and Kansas City Chiefs, he still has over 2,100 passing yards with 16 passing touchdowns, five interceptions with an additional four rushing touchdowns.

He has made tremendous strides in a number of areas, specifically in his accuracy with a 67.1% completion percentage, and has looked every bit of being a franchise quarterback the front office hoped he would develop into.
