Buffalo Bills trade for Dalvin Tomlinson

General manager Brandon Beane’s primary focus should be to get some size upfront to slow the run. The absence of Star Lotulelei has been a contributing factor to the defense’s inability to really contain opposing running backs.

He is a player that didn’t fill up the stat sheets but he was an anchor in the middle that required multiple defenders, which allowed Tremaine Edmunds and Matt Milano free lanes to get to the ball carrier.

A player like Dalvin Tomlinson would be the perfect fit for the Buffalo Bills and what they need. He can be that one-tech in the middle of the line and also wouldn’t require much commitment from the team being in the final year of his deal.

This is a move the New York Giants might consider after falling to 1-7 with a loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs on Monday Night Football. The focus for general manager Dave Gettleman at this point could be to just collect draft capital for the coming NFL Drafts.
