Marshawn Lynch

The third player on this list is running back Marshawn Lynch, who at the time was a polarizing player for the Buffalo Bills. He was a high draft pick by the Bills in 2007 when they selected him 12th overall.

Lynch would go on to have two great years to start his career with the Bills with over 1,000 rushing yards both seasons and even being named to the Pro Bowl in 2008. However, the 2009 season started with Lynch being suspended for off-the-field issues and then suffered a preseason injury in 2010 that limited his playing time.

The Buffalo Bills, considering they selected running back C.J. Spiller in the Top 10 that offseason, decided to trade Marshawn Lynch mid-season to the Seattle Seahawks.

The 2011 season, which was Lynch’s first full season with the Seahawks, would start a streak of four straight seasons with over 1,000 rushing yards and double-digit touchdowns as well as a trip to the Pro Bowl each season. Lynch would also be a key piece of this team that would go on to win Super Bowl XLVIII.
