This is a breakdown of the snap counts for the Buffalo Bills in Week 7 against the New York Jets.

The Buffalo Bills got back to their winning ways with an 18-10 victory over the New York Jets on Sunday. The team entered this week with a number of starters ruled out before the weekend and this created an opportunity for some new players to see extended playing time this week.

This is a breakdown of the snaps for the Buffalo Bills in Week 7.

Buffalo Bills Offense

The Buffalo Bills entered this week with a new starting offensive line as Cody Ford missed this week due to injury. The team turned to Ike Boettger at left guard and he played every offensive snap in Week 7.

At wide receiver, the Bills had to find a replacement for John Brown, who missed this week due to injury, and rookie Gabriel Davis saw most of his snaps being on the field for 95% of the offensive snaps. In addition, Stefon Diggs played 97% of the offensive snaps and Cole Beasley was on the field for 81%.

This week, the coaching staff also returned to almost an even split at running back as Devin Singletary played 54% of the snaps and Zack Moss played 47%. As long as both backs stay healthy, this is a trend likely to continue.

Buffalo Bills Defense

The cornerback position had a number of questions about who would get playing time with Josh Norman ruled out while Tre’Davious White and Cam Lewis were questionable. The good news was that White and Lewis were both active but only Tre’Davious White saw snaps, playing every defensive snap.

Opposite White was actually seventh-round rookie Dane Jackson, who got his first NFL start. He would go on to play every snap and had a really good game that included his first career interception.

This week also marked the return of Matt Milano, however, it was in a limited capacity. The starting linebacker has been dealing with a pec injury and played only 31% of the defensive snaps this week.
