Jerry Hughes

This was one of the best games Jerry Hughes has had in a few years. In fact, the last game that Hughes had two or more sacks in a single regular season game was Week 2 against the Carolina Panthers.

In addition to the two sacks he had against the Jets, he also had a forced fumble and the interception that essentially ended any hope the New York Jets had to tie the game late.

The pass rush has been a big issue for the Buffalo Bills this season as they entered Week 7 with nine total sacks but responded with six sacks in just this one game. If the Bills can continue to dial up this type of pressure, it will go along way to help a pass defense that was allowing over 250 passing yards per game prior to this game.
