The Buffalo Bills have ruled five players out for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.

The Buffalo Bills are entering Week 7 with one of their longest injury reports this season. The team ruled out five players while another three are listed as questionable.

Among the players ruled out was wide receiver John Brown, who had been dealing with a knee injury. The fact that he misses this week is not surprising considering he hasn’t practiced at all this week. This once again should open up playing time for rookie Gabriel Davis.

Another starter who was ruled out was guard Cody Ford, who suffered a knee injury this past week against the Kansas City Chiefs. He also did not practice at all this week however his replacement isn’t as clear.

The team potentially could get back Jon Feliciano from injured reserve this week and he would be the likely starter if ready. If he is not able to go the Bills could look to Ike Boettger or potentially call up Jonotthon Harrison from the practice squad.

The biggest concern though has to be at cornerback for the Buffalo Bills. In addition to Josh Norman being ruled out due to a hamstring, the Bills also listed Tre’Davious White and Cam Lewis as questionable this week. Lewis has been limited all week while White was limited on Thursday but missed Friday’s practice entirely.

The depth is certainly going to be tested and potential replacements are limited considering Levi Wallace is already on injured reserve.

Another player likely to miss this week is linebacker Matt Milano who is dealing with a pec injury. While he was listed as questionable he was a limited participant every practice this week. It is hard to imagine the coaching staff trying to rush him back for a game against the New York Jets.
