The Buffalo Bills suffered their first loss of the season after being blown out by the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday night.

There were some questions about when this game was going to be played however once it started, there really wasn’t a question about who was going to win. The Buffalo Bills struggled to really get anything going and the Titans ran away with a 42-16 win over the Bills.

The mistakes started early for the Bills as the opening drive ended on an interception as Josh Allen threw a pass a little behind Andre Roberts that bounced up in the air and was picked off. The Titans were able to put it into the end zone only two plays later when Ryan Tannehill connected with A.J. Brown for the first score of the game.

The Bills eventually were able to answer with a score of their own, which Josh Allen was able to connect with Isaiah McKenzie on a shovel pass, that tied the game up at 7. It was all Titans from that point forward though as they outscored the Bills 35-9 the rest of the way.

One of the storylines coming out of this game is going to be the mistakes as the Bills had a season-high three turnovers with Josh Allen throwing two interceptions and Andre Roberts fumbling a kickoff.

However, they also struggled with penalties as the Bills were called for 10 penalties, three of which were false start penalties that came on one drive.

Unfortunately for the Buffalo Bills, the road doesn’t get any easier as they must now prepare to face the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night.

In addition to addressing the mistakes in this game, the focus should be on getting healthy. While the Buffalo Bills knew they would be without Matt Milano, they also had wide receiver John Brown, running back Zack Moss, and All-Pro corner Tre’Davious White miss this week’s game against the Titans.
