The Buffalo Bills know they are entering this week without their starting linebacker Matt Milano, who suffered a pec injury against the Raiders. While the team hasn’t officially announced who his replacement will be, it would make sense that it is Tyrel Dodson.

The second-year linebacker may not be a starter but has been a big part of this defense in the early part of the season. He was the replacement for Tremaine Edmunds when he missed in Week 2 and this past week against the Raiders saw a majority of the snaps in place of Milano.

In addition to the tall task of slowing down Derrick Henry, Dodson could also be asked to cover tight end Jonnu Smith. The Titans are expected to be without a number of their top wide receivers like Corey Davis and Adam Humphries. This means Ryan Tannehill may lean on Smith, along with A.J. Brown.
