Buffalo Bills: 7-round mock draft for 2021 NFL Draft
Round 6: Thomas Graham Jr. (CB, Oregon)
For the second straight year, the Buffalo Bills wait until the end of the NFL Draft to address the cornerback position. This wasn’t certainly by design but with how this mock draft played out there wasn’t good value at the position until this spot.
Thomas Graham Jr. would have been entering his senior season but elected to opt-out and declare for the 2021 NFL Draft earlier this year. He was a starting cornerback for the Ducks the past three seasons and finished with 183 total tackles and eight interceptions.
The cornerback position is one that has to be a concern for the Bills after Tre’Davious White. In the first three games, Levi Wallace struggled a bit and his replacement Josh Norman, is 32 years of age, and it remains to be seen just how much he has left in the tank.
An experience corner like Thomas Graham Jr. could come in and compete for the starting job with last year’s seventh round pick Dane Jackson if the Bills don’t address it in free agency.
