3. Aaron Rodgers (QB, Green Bay Packers)
Last Week: 3
The Green Bay Packers’ quarterback continues to have a bounce back year after a few down seasons and the way he continues to produce with the players around him is certainly impressive. Aaron Rodgers entered the Monday night matchup with the Atlanta Falcons without his top receiver (Davante Adams) and his replacement (Allen Lazard).
The team’s number two wide receiver (Darrius Shepherd) was a player that was just called up from the practice squad. He was still able to throw for 327 passing yards with four touchdowns while completing over 80% of his passes.
He now has 13 passing touchdowns through four games which are exactly half of the touchdowns he threw all of last year. The Packers enter a bye week 4-0 and should remain tough to beat if Aaron Rodgers continues to play like this.
