This is an update on how the rookies for the Buffalo Bills played in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams.
The Buffalo Bills once again got some big performances from their rookies in a game that they needed it. While the Rams were able to come back from 25 points down, the Bills answered right back after they took the lead with a touchdown of their own.
In Week 3, the Bills had four rookies who were active as Isaiah Hodgins is still on injured reserve, Jake Fromm and Zack Moss were inactive. This was the first game Moss has missed this season as he was dealing with a toe injury.
This is a recap of the other rookies who played in Week 3 for the Buffalo Bills.
It was another relatively quiet week for the fullback turned tight end undrafted free agent rookie as he played only one offensive snap for the second week in a row. However, unlike last week that one snap didn’t result in a touchdown for Reggie Gilliam, which he scored against the Dolphins.
While his offensive snap count is limited, he once again does contribute on special teams playing eight snaps, which is 33% of the Bills special teams snaps. This is likely what fans can come to expect from Gilliam this season.
