Running Back
The Buffalo Bills were without rookie Zack Moss for this game as he was dealing with a toe injury. This meant that it was going to be primarily Devin Singletary and there is a case to be made that the second-year back is better when he is the featured running back.
He finished the game with a season-high in rushing yards (71) and receiving yards (50). Even though he was the primary back, the workload wasn’t significantly higher but he was very efficient with his touches with a 5.5 yards per rushing attempt and 12.5 yards per reception.
It is becoming clear that the offense is going to rely on the passing game this year but it will be important for Singletary to have these games to keep defenses honest.

Wide Receiver
The depth at wide receiver was on full display in this one as for the third straight game, the Buffalo Bills had a different leading receiver. In Week 1, it was John Brown then Stefon Diggs last week but it was Cole Beasley that was the difference-maker leading the team with six receptions for 100 yards.
However, it isn’t just those three at the top as the Bills were without John Brown for a significant portion of Week 3. This opened up an opportunity for rookie Gabriel Davis to shine and he responded by catching all four of his targets for 81 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, Stefon Diggs had one of his lowest outputs this season with four receptions for 49 yards but did have a touchdown. However, his impact on the offense goes beyond the stat line because he was able to pull Jalen Ramsey away which freed up Beasley and Davis.
This was another great performance by the wide receivers.
