These are the position grades for the Buffalo Bills in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams.

This was a marquee matchup in the NFL in Week 3 as it was the only game on Sunday with two undefeated teams facing off. The Buffalo Bills certainly did their best to not make it very competitive as they were able to build a 28-3 lead early in the third quarter.

However, from that point forward it was all Los Angeles Rams as they would score 29 straight points to take a 32-28 lead. In a season of impressive performances by Josh Allen, the next four minutes might have been his best work to date.

He would go on to lead the Bills down the field, and with a pivotal pass interference penalty on fourth down, was able to find Tyler Kroft on the next play with only 15 seconds left to give the Bills a 35-32 win.

While there were a number of great performances, there were some that should have the team concerned. This is the grades for each position group on the Buffalo Bills in Week 3.

Quarterback

Entering 2020, Josh Allen had zero games with over 300 passing yards in 29 career starts but now has surpassed that total in every game this year. This season has seen the former first round pick make a complete transformation and is throwing it as good as anyone in the league.

He finished the game with 311 passing yards, completed 72% of his passes with four passing touchdowns while adding one rushing touchdown to his total.

The biggest concern is certainly the turnovers as he had two in the second half that really helped fuel the Rams comeback. He threw one interception, which certainly was a questionable call by the refs but was called none the less, and had one fumble. This was his first interception on the season but was his third fumble lost.

It certainly wasn’t a perfect performance but one of the major reasons the Bills were even in this game was because of what Josh Allen was able to do.
