Zack Moss finishes with more touches than Devin Singletary

The Buffalo Bills for the second year in a row drafted a running back in the third round with the most recent addition being Zack Moss out of the University of Utah. Last year’s third round pick, Devin Singletary, is coming off a good rookie season. He finished with nearly 1,000 yards from scrimmage and finished the year strong as the Buffalo Bills’ primary running back.

However, Zack Moss is a different running back and one that can shoulder the load as a featured running back in this offense. He is a runner that has more power and will likely see more carries around the goal line and in short-yardage situations.

He isn’t only a power back and during training camp performed well as a pass-catcher. This combined with the fact that Singletary has had some ball security issues dating back to last season when he had four fumbles, gives the rookie an edge this year.

The workload is going to be pretty evenly split but by the end of the year Zack Moss is going to finish with slightly more touches.
