Davis Webb
The Buffalo Bills elected to keep three quarterbacks on their 53-man roster but Davis Webb was not one of them. Webb was a third round pick by the New York Giants in 2017 and after a stop with the New York Jets in 2018 joined the Bills practice squad prior to last season.
While Davis Webb was released, he has made an impression on the organization, and according to Jay Skurski, the team hopes to re-sign him.
The #Bills have waived QB Davis Webb, a league source tells @TBNSports. The team intends to re-sign Webb to the practice squad if he clears waivers.

It would certainly be smart for the Buffalo Bills to try and bring back a player like Webb because of his experience with this offense. The Bills saw a potential situation arise during training camp where Josh Allen had a false positive on one of his tests. If that were to happen during the season, the Bills may call Webb up as a backup.
