These are four players that are currently on the Buffalo Bills that other teams may try to trade for.
The Buffalo Bills, and the rest of the NFL, are going to have to start thinking about cutting down their roster for the regular season. The Bills started that process on Thursday when they released kicker Stephen Hauschka, as well as punter Lachlan Edwards.
While most of the players will just be cut, there is also a trade market that typically develops during this time. General manager Brandon Beane has done a good job of getting draft capital for players who likely would not be making the regular season roster. Last year, the Bills traded Wyatt Teller and Russell Bodine in separate deals for Day 3 picks.
Brandon Beane is known for his propensity to make deals and this could result in other general managers picking up the phone asking about players on the roster. Most scouting departments typically at this time are starting to look at other NFL teams to get their best guess of who may not be making the roster.
A perfect example of this is the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets working out a deal for Kalen Ballage. It was reported the Dolphins were getting ready to release him and the Jets picked up the phone to offer a conditional draft pick.
These are four players that other general managers could call the Buffalo Bills to see about their availability and try to work out a deal.
