Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs

The Buffalo Bills made a big splash and brought in Stefon Diggs after trading with the Minnesota Vikings to give him a bonafide number one wide receiver. Diggs has been very productive with the Vikings, including two consecutive 1,000 receiving seasons, and is now expected to be a big piece to help Allen take that next step in his development.

While Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs have tried to work on timing in player led workouts in Florida earlier this summer and have been able to do some additional work during training camp, these padded practices are going to be very important.

The Buffalo Bills will likely be running 7 on 7s and 11 on 11 drills over this time and having a cornerback pressing Diggs, trying to move him off his route and shrinking the window Josh Allen has to throw in is going to be critical steps for this duo.

The more work they get now during training camp will help them hit the ground running at the start of the season.
