Dion Dawkins and Cody Ford will look to be a steady force for years at offensive tackle for the Buffalo Bills.

After Dion Dawkins had a career year in his third season in the league, he looks like the answer at left tackle for the Buffalo Bills. However, Cody Ford struggled through his rookie season while being in a platoon role with Ty Nsekhe at right tackle but showed flashes that should give this team optimism.

In 2018 the offensive line was in a flux, Dawkins was struggling and Jordan Mills was never going to be more than a stop gap starter. Now with an improved Dawkins and a young promising tackle in Ford, the Buffalo Bills is on the rise in terms of the tackle position.

With the talent they already have, the Buffalo Bills were not too busy at the tackle position in free agency or the draft, adding Daryl Williams through free agency and undrafted free agents Trey Adams and Brandon Walton.

Williams is a former second team All-Pro from his days in Carolina but has struggled recently. He will likely battle with Ty Nsekhe for the swing tackle job. The Buffalo Bills have plenty of depth, with Nsekhe and Williams as backups but the team now has four tackles who have enough talent to start in the NFL.
