40-yard dash: 4.40 seconds

Once again the difference between Robert Foster and the next player on this list, Andre Roberts, is so small as Roberts edged Foster by 0.01 seconds.

Andre Roberts joined the Buffalo Bills prior to last season and while he has played some wide receiver he has been one of the better returners in the league over the past few seasons. He has gone to the Pro Bowl the past two years and has utilized his speed to pick up yards in chunks on returns. This past season, he averaged eight yards per punt return and 26.6 yards per kick return.

Entering this year, Roberts once again is expected to be the primary returner for the Buffalo Bills. A good returner is often not considered a priority but when teams have players like Andre Roberts, it is a plus for the offense. Those few extra yards can help put offenses in an advantageous position when starting their drives.
