Over the past few seasons, the Buffalo Bills have undergone a youth movement as a majority of the team is under 30 years old. The upcoming season could see a number of Bills players become bonafide stars at their position.

There are plenty of questions surrounding the 2020 NFL season, the main one being whether or not the season will be played. If there is going to be a football this fall, one of the major questions is who on the Buffalo Bills will be a breakout star this year?

Last year saw the coronation of Lamar Jackson as the newest elite quarterback and Derrick Henry proved to be arguably the best running back in the NFL.

For the first time in what seems like forever, it seems as if there are almost too many options to choose from on the Bills. Many players are entering their third or fourth year in a full time starting role and have all the tools to fill up the stat sheet and rack up some postseason honors.

There are plenty of options to choose from on both sides of the ball and many of these players aren’t just “dark horse” candidates. With last season’s success and the addition of new talent via free agency and the Draft, the Buffalo Bills have more than a few players that could easily be the next breakout star in the NFL. The question now isn’t  if they will be great, but when.

With the McDermott era moving into its fourth year, which Buffalo Bills players are due for a breakout year?
