Signing Josh Norman

One of the first moves the Buffalo Bills made this offseason could end up being one of their worst. The cornerback position opposite Tre’Davious White has been a weakness for a few years now and Beane and Sean McDermott went back to their Carolina Panthers’ connection by signing Josh Norman.

At one time Josh Norman was one of the best cornerbacks in the league, however that time was five years ago during his final season with the Panthers. Since then he has struggled to produce like a top corner with the Washington Redskins and at 32 years of age the question of how much he has left is certainly a valid one.

The fact that Norman is a short term option, combined with the Bills giving him a one-year deal worth $6 million, was not one of their better moves this offseason.
