What if the Buffalo Bills could take one player from each of their AFC East rivals?
The Buffalo Bills roster is one of the best in the AFC East with not only solid starters on both sides of the ball but depth to back those players up. However, what if the Bills could steal a player from each of their AFC East rivals to make this roster better?
In this hypothetical scenario, general manager Brandon Beane would have the opportunity to look over the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots and New York Jets and pull one player from their rosters and add them to the Buffalo Bills.
While the Bills do have a talent roster, they still have some positions that could be upgraded with players from the other AFC East teams. In this exercise, we tried to take into account the strategy of the Bills front office and not necessarily add a player they have invested heavily in.
For that reason, the Bills wouldn’t add a quarterback to replace Josh Allen or a middle linebacker to replace Tremaine Edmunds. Those are two players that this organization is heavily committed to and wouldn’t make sense to make a change.
However, these are three players that the Buffalo Bills would love to add if they were given the chance.
