These are the top stories for the Buffalo Bills from the past week.

In response to a series of text messages that were leaked for Buffalo Bills fifth round pick, Jake Fromm, Bills’ offensive coordinator, Brian Daboll spoke about the situation with the media.

“He (Jake Fromm) knows that he has a lot of work to do to earn the trust of his teammates back”,” said Daboll. “And I’m a big believer in actions speak louder than words, and I know he will be committed to that. We have a strong leadership group, a strong culture in our room,” he added.

“Jake is a young man who apologized, and where we go moving forward, he’s got a lot to do to earn the trust and confidence of the players and everyone else in the building back, and I know he’ll do that.”

Daboll’s comments come in the wake of a series of text messages that were leaked on Twitter from Fromm while he was a member of the University of Georgia. In a text conversation, Fromm went on to claim that “but no guns are good” and “just make them (suppressors) very expensive so only elite white people can get them.”

Fromm was selected during the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft after being apart of a 12-2 Bulldogs team that lost to the National Champion LSU Tigers in the SEC Championship game but rebounded with a win over Baylor in the Sugar Bowl.
