The Buffalo Bills had multiple appearances in Bleacher Report’s recent article detailing the worst plays over the past decade.

This is a list the Buffalo Bills don’t want to be on and unfortunately they have multiple mentions in Bleacher Report’s recent article detailed the NFL’s 10 worst plays over the past decade by Brad Gagnon.

Before Gagnon went down his rankings of Top 10, he put together three honorable mentions and the Bills had two plays on this list.

The first play came back in 2010 when wide receiver Stevie Johnson dropped a game winning touchdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The other play is more recent and was actually the last game the Buffalo Bills played when Josh Allen attempted a lateral in the Wild Card game against the Houston Texans. The play by Allen didn’t cost the Bills the game like the Johnson play but could have easily been as disastrous.

After these two honorable mentions, the Buffalo Bills make their appearance on this list at number six back in the 2013 season. This play happened in a game against the New York Jets in the final week of the season in the closing minutes.

The play was clearly a lack of focus as the Jets kicked the ball into the end zone on a kick off and instead of picking the ball up, they left it in the endzone and the Jets were able to recover for a touchdown.

Fortunately this play did not have any impact on the final score, or Bills postseason hopes, similar to the other two plays mentioned by Gagnon. However, it may be the most embarrassing because it was just a mental mistake.

The Buffalo Bills are hoping that this coming year they will not make any plays that find them on an updated article next season.
