Week 6 – Home vs Kansas City Chiefs

Given the success of home teams on Thursday nights I think they Bills were scheduled against the Chiefs in the most advantageous way possible by the league outside of coming off of a bye. Additionally, being the defending champs also helps the Bills since teams rarely repeat so that means potentially they won’t be as good while still being one of the better teams in the league.

A Thursday night home crowd will help too. In what will be their first primetime game of 2020, the Bills can pull on the strength of last year’s team of winning on national television with wins against Dallas and Pittsburgh. If the Bills want to prove they are a threat this year then this will be the game to prove it win or lose. It will be a great test too to see if Brandon Beane accomplished his goal of upgrading the offense to keep up with the other high powered offenses in the league.

Week 5 – Away vs Tennessee Titans

If the Bills get the 2019 version of Ryan Tannehill then expect this one to be tough. Really tough. Last years version of Tannehill combined with Derrick Henry and A.J. Brown could be too much for the Bills to overcome.

Defensively these teams are about a wash as both play top level ball. Maybe the Buffalo Bills can get help in the special teams area again. However the game is played, I do expect the Titans fans to show up this time as last years game appeared to be more of a home game for the visitors.
