2. A.J. Epenesa

While it was very close between Zack Moss and A.J. Epenesa, the defensive end gets a slight boost here because he does provide some position versatility that will allow the coaching staff to be creative.

The defensive end position is pretty well set at the top with Jerry Hughes and Mario Addison and they should be the starters for the majority of the season. However, the Bills have depth with Epenesa and he should be able to rotate in with them regularly.

However, Epenesa is a bigger defensive end at 6’5″ and 275 pounds that would allow him to slide inside to tackle in passing situations. The Bills could utilize a speed rush line of Hughes, Epenesa, Ed Oliver and Darryl Johnson that should collapse the pocket and cause nightmares for opposing quarterbacks.

The coaching staff may need to get creative but A.J. Epenesa should be on the field pretty frequently.
