4. Dane Jackson

I may be a little higher on Dane Jackson’s chances than most but I believe Jackson has a chance to earn the starting job opposite of Tre’Davious White at some point this season.

The Bills added veterans Josh Norman and E.J. Gaines to compete with Levi Wallace for the starting job. However, Norman has struggled the past few years and Gaines has dealt with injuries for most of his career.

Meanwhile, Jackson is someone that has some work to do but he does an excellent job playing the ball with 39 pass breakups over four seasons at Pittsburgh. He also does an excellent job against the run and was graded as the sixth best college cornerbacks in run defense.

It wouldn’t be surprising if Jackson started the year on the practice squad and ended as the team’s starting cornerback.
