Buffalo Bills: 4 free agents to consider signing after 2020 NFL Draft
Reshad Jones
This could be a bit of a luxury signing but the depth at safety behind Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer isn’t very experienced. The team does have Dean Marlowe and sixth round pick last year Jaquan Johnson, however a safety like Reshad Jones would be a great fit here.
The former Miami Dolphins safety was cut earlier this offseason and at 32 years of age his Pro Bowl days are likely behind him. He also has had some injury issues over the past four years missing a total of 24 games over that stretch.
However, he is a veteran player that could still gives the Bills some quality snaps if the need ever arose for him to step into the starting lineup.
The Bills have been fortunate with Hyde and Poyer as the last line of defense at the safety position and bringing in a player like Jones would make sense to solidify the depth here.
