Trevon Diggs

The first round saw six cornerbacks selected but luckily for the Buffalo Bills, none were Trevon Diggs out of Alabama. There was some rumors leading up to the NFL Draft that Diggs stock might have been slipping and that appears to be the case.

Whatever the reason may be, Diggs showed enough with the Crimson Tide for the Bills not to pause if he is available. He is a long cornerback, that does an excellent job playing the ball due to his time playing wide receiver and seems perfectly suited for a zone defense like Buffalo.

The addition of Diggs would be a big boost at cornerback and he should be able to compete for the starting job alongside Levi Wallace, Josh Norman and E.J. Gaines as a rookie.
