Round 3, 86th overall: Curtis Weaver, DE (Boise State)

When the third round rolled around, it was surprising to see this defensive end still on the board. If the Buffalo Bills are on the clock and Curtis Weaver is still available this is a no brainer for this team.

Weaver was an excellent sack master at Boise State with 34 total sacks over three seasons at the collegiate level. He has plenty of moves in his arsenal to get around tackles and get to the quarterback.

The Bills added defensive end Mario Addison in free agency but the front office needs to think about this position past the 2020 season. At the end of the year, the Bills will have three defensive ends over 30 years of age and Trent Murphy will be a free agent.

The addition of Weaver here gives him an opportunity to be a pass rush specialist as a rookie with a chance to develop into a starting role in 2021.
