Trevon Diggs

The stories basically write themselves if the Buffalo Bills were to select Trevon Diggs. The former Alabama cornerback is the younger brother of Stefon Diggs, who the team traded for this offseason.

While fans would love to see the two brothers go against each other in practice, the bloodlines are not the only reason the Bills should draft Diggs. The reason they should draft him is he is actually an excellent fit into Sean McDermott’s defense.

This defense asks their cornerbacks to play a lot of zone coverage and this is something that Diggs has shown he can do very well. He has excellent length and size at 6’2″ and 205 pounds with an arm length of 32 3/4″.

The physical traits he possesses, along with the fact that he played wide receiver in high school, gives him an advantage when he is lining up against opposing wide receivers. He has the ball hawking skills to rack up interceptions quickly.

There has been some rumblings about Trevon Diggs potentially sliding next week but if that does happen, the Bills should jump at the chance quickly to select him.
