4. Robert Woods

Robert Woods was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the 2013 NFL Draft and he spent four seasons with the Bills and the last three with the Los Angeles Rams, after signing as a free agent with them.

Woods time with the Bills is an interesting one because he has shown he is a very good receiver, he has had back to back seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards, but his role within the Bills offense was always seemed to be questioned.

He would regularly have to enter training camp competing for the second wide receiver job with players like Percy Harvin but always found a way to produce. In each season with the Bills he had over 40 receptions and 500 receiving yards.

This is one player that the Buffalo Bills likely regret not being able to bring back when his rookie contract was over.
