Round 5, Pick 167: Quintez Cephus, WR (Wisconsin)
The Buffalo Bills already added their top reciever with the trade for Stefon Diggs but could use some size as well as younger talent in that fourth or fifth spot. This is where a player like Quintez Cephus comes into play.
He may not be the biggest at 6’1″ but he plays with excellent physicality and as Kyle Crabbs of The Draft Network notes in his scouting report he is a player that can win both on the outside or in the slot.
There is one big red flag, and the organization would need to do their homework, but Cephus did miss the 2018 season due to a sexual allegation charge, which was dismissed. If the Bills feel they can adequately address it, Cephus would be a good addition as the primary backup to John Brown or Cole Beasley in 2020.
