These are five players that may have already played their last game with the Buffalo Bills.
The Buffalo Bills enter this offseason with a chance to substantial enhance the roster from a season ago. However, there is a limited amount of spots on the roster so for every player they add, then a player on the team last year will lose their spot.
The front office already knows one player that won’t be returning and that is outside linebacker Lorenzo Alexander. The veteran announced after the season that he would be retiring after 15 years in the NFL.
Alexander was a late bloomer and it wasn’t until he joined the Bills in 2016 that he broke out as an outside linebacker. In his first nine seasons in the league he had only nine sacks and didn’t have more than 2.5 in a single season. However, in his first season with the Bills, in Rex Ryan’s defense, he had 12.5 sacks.
In four seasons with the Bills, he had 24 sacks.
While the Buffalo Bills know that Lorenzo Alexander will not be in a team uniform next season, who are the other players that also will not be on the sideline? These are four players that may have played their last game with the Bills.
