These are four running backs to watch at the NFL Combine that should be on the Buffalo Bills radar during the NFL Draft.

The running back position may not be a major need for the Buffalo Bills thanks to the emergence of Devin Singletary this past season. The former third round pick showed tremendous potential as a rookie and finished with 775 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns and an impressive average of 5.1 yards per carry.

However, similar to the cornerback position, NFL teams can’t have too much depth at running back. This is a violent position and every team should plan to deal with injuries at some point over the course of a season.

This is potentially the problem the Buffalo Bills could face with only T.J. Yeldon and unproven Christian Wade backing up Singletary. The Bills could eliminate a great deal of risk by adding another running back during the NFL Draft.

The fact that the Bills don’t have any glaring holes on this roster it wouldn’t be surprising to see them use an early round pick if a good running back fell to them or waited and used one of their five picks in the fifth or sixth round.

These are four running backs at next week’s NFL Combine that the Buffalo Bills could target in the NFL Draft.
