These are four players the Buffalo Bills could target in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Since the 2017 NFL Draft, the first round picks the Buffalo Bills have made under the current regime have all turned into stars or have star power.

Tre’Davious White has turned into an All Pro corner shutting down half of the field for opposing quarterbacks and receivers. Josh Allen took a nice step in his second season and since the Week 4 game against the New England Patriots, Allen accounted for 23 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions. Tremaine Edmunds has now become the quarterback of the defense and a strong leader, making his first Pro Bowl this year. Ed Oliver notched 5 sacks and 43 total tackles his rookie year. With a whole off-season ahead of him, expect more growth out of him this upcoming season.

The current front office has a great track record at adding talent through the draft. Of course this isn’t to say whomever they draft will be a star. Buffalo’s weakness this season was on offense, it’s smart to think that this front office will focus primarily on this side of the ball. The Bills also could use another defensive end even if Shaq Lawson stays in Buffalo.

The biggest question they have entering the NFL Draft is, “Will the Bills take a wide receiver with the first pick or will they add to the talent that they already have on defense?”
