These are three free agents that the Buffalo Bills could target due to needs but should avoid this offseason.

The Buffalo Bills with Brandon Beane as their general manager have been able to find some great bargains in free agency with players like Quinton Spain, Kevin Johnson, John Brown and Cole Beasley.

This offseason though they have plenty of cap space to go after really any player they want in free agency. While money isn’t an issue, this team needs to remain to be as selective as they have been the past few years.

When teams invest in players with large contracts and those players don’t live up to the salary, it can create a number of problems. If a free agent struggles, then the front office not only needs to find a replacement but it has negative impact on their salary cap in future years.

There are a number of players that on paper look like they could be a nice fit for the Buffalo Bills based on the roster needs. However, the Bills would be wise to save their money and avoid these four free agents.
