Robert Quinn

If the Buffalo Bills are not able to convince Griffen to leave the Minnesota Vikings, a veteran like Robert Quinn could make sense for this defense. Quinn will be entering this offseason potentially looking for his fourth team in four seasons after stops with the Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins and most recently the Dallas Cowboys.

This past season was by far his best in recent years with 34 total tackles, 11.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and three passes defended. At 29 years of age, he should be able to produce like he did with the Cowboys for at least three or four more seasons.

The question the Bills will have to answer is whether this past season was the start of a trend or an anomaly. While he did have 11.5 sacks this past year, in the prior four seasons he averaged only six sacks per year.

If the Buffalo Bills believe Quinn can replicate what he did in Dallas in this defense, it would make sense to add Quinn and then draft a pass rusher to solidify this position.
