Devin Funchess

If the Buffalo Bills were looking for a bargain deal, that could pay big dividends than Devin Funchess could be that wide receiver. Some members of the coaching staff knows Funchess well from their time in Carolina, as Funchess was a second round pick by the Panthers in 2015. This past season he was with the Colts but struggled with injuries and only had three receptions in one game played.

While Funchess isn’t a true number one wide receiver, he does have the size this front office could be after at 6’4″ and 225 pounds. The Buffalo Bills could also take a chance on Funchess considering they have a player like John Brown on the roster, essentially giving them two really good number twos.

This past season, Funchess signed a one-year deal with the Colts in hopes he could play well enough to get a long term deal this offseason. However, with the injuries he seems to be in the same position he was and may be willing to sign another prove-it type deal.
