1. Wide Receiver

The only position that must be addressed this offseason that is more vital than defensive end is the wide receiver position. However, this will be the toughest challenge for the Buffalo Bills front office because of what exactly they are looking for.

The front office brought in two quality receivers last year with the additions of John Brown and Cole Beasley. While these two played well, if anything was apparent in the playoff game against the Texans is that they need a top tier, wide receiver one for this offense.

The challenge is that these type of players are not easy to come by but if Josh Allen wants to take that next step, he needs a receiver that can get open almost at will and Allen can look to when the pressure is on. The Texans and DeShaun Watson was able to do this against the Bills thanks to the play of DeAndre Hopkins.

That was what this offense was missing at the end of the game.

If the Buffalo Bills are able to find that, either through free agency or the NFL Draft, this not only should make John Brown and Cole Beasley more effective, but give Josh Allen a security blanket and a go-to pass catcher when the game is on the line.
