As the Buffalo Bills’ front office begins formulating a plan for the offseason, they should focus on addressing these five position groups.

The 2019 season ended earlier than the Buffalo Bills would have hoped but it is now the front office’s responsibility to turn their focus to 2020. The hope is that they will be able to add more talent to an already good roster to get them over the hump next season.

The good news for the Bills, and general manager Brandon Beane, is that have a lot at their disposal to make this happen. The Bills financially are in a tremendous position with nearly $90 million dollars in cap space to go allow them to be really as aggressive as they want in free agency.

On top of the cap space, the Bills also have nine draft picks with one pick in each of the first four rounds, two in the fifth and three in the sixth.

In addition to this, the Bills don’t have any key players that they have to bring back with the biggest names to hit free agency being defensive tackle Jordan Phillips and offensive guard Quinton Spain. Once again, this is not necessarily a huge concern as they have depth at both positions if they are not able to bring them back.

These are the five position groups that the Buffalo Bills front office should focus on this offseason ranked by importance.
