Tom Brady took to social media to praise himself for blocking Tre’Davious White but the Buffalo Bills cornerback had the perfect response

Tom Brady was feeling invincible on Saturday. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound quarterback was feeling it so much that he even made a block on Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre’Davious White, who comes in smaller at 5-11 and 190-pounds.

The play came in the second quarter when Patriots receiver N’Keal Harry got the ball and Brady promptly went for White’s knees.

It was effective as White was moved out of the play and Harry picked up a nice gain, but Brady went to Instagram to act as though he just ran a 99-yard touchdown to win the Super Bowl.

"“I’ll run through a ************* face.. offense, defense, special teams.. don’t matter.” — Brady said via Instagram"

As for White, he came back with some words of his own, which were funny — but also had some truth to them.

"“Chill Tom, we all know if I hit you I’ll get fined and suspended not vice versa.” — White said, via Ryan Talbot of Syracuse.com"

White isn’t lying. Brady is easily the most protected quarterback in the NFL and it seems as though anytime he gets touched, the Patriots are looking for a flag.

And to think of all the times Brady has thrown his hands around screaming for a penalty, it makes his comment about running through — whatever it is he said — seem pretty fake.

Still, they’re the AFC East champs, again. So that means the Bills need to find a way to beat them on the field in order to quiet them completely.

As for White, he shouldn’t be too upset about being blocked. He’s continued to do his job and according to NFL Research, he has now been targeted 83 times without allowing a touchdown — which is the most in the NFL.
