The Buffalo Bills have some of the most passionate fans in the NFL and quarterback Josh Allen wants them to be in full force in Week 14 as they face Baltimore
Josh Allen hasn’t needed long to endear himself to Buffalo Bills fans. The No. 7 overall pick out of Wyoming is becoming a fan favorite for his abilities on the field.
No. 17 comes in with the prototypical size for a pocket passer as he stands in at 6-foot-5 and 237-pounds. In addition to that stature, he has the rocket arm that teams covet.
Allen is able to launch the ball 70-yards with the flick of a wrist. He’s also been quieting many of the critics who believe he won’t succeed due to accuracy concerns as he’s completed nearly 62 percent of his passes this season.
As great as he can look with his arm, he’s just as deadly when he takes off and runs. In 24 games so far, Allen has 1,061 yards rushing and 16 touchdowns. It’s his ability to hurt opponents in multiple ways that have the fans in Buffalo buying in.
And now Allen is calling on those very fans as they get ready to play the 10-2 Baltimore Ravens. Allen was on NFL Access and said the team is going to need their ‘Mafia’ to come out and bring the energy.
"“Bills Mafia, we’re a different breed up here in Western New York.” From there he spoke on the enthusiasm and energy brought by the fans, adding they will “need it this Sunday.”"

Baltimore comes into the weekend on an eight-game winning streak. They also have a dual-threat passer of their own in Lamar Jackson.
As for Jackosn, he seems to be the opposite of Allen as he’s smaller in stature and teams worry about his legs more so than his arm.
However, just like Allen, if you focus too much on his greatest strength, he can beat you in other ways.
The exciting matchup between the two second-year quarterbacks looks to be one of the best games this season. It could also be a preview of the AFC Playoffs.
